Signature technique
My signature technique is the result of experimentations and a love of art, especially Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, that I've had ever since I was a kid. It combines traditional embroidery with abandoned fishing ropes as material. I collect ropes from local beaches, unravel them thread by thread, and hand-stitch "painting" onto canvas. In classic understanding - mixed media art. I use only the ropes' original colours and various stitch directions to create vivid images that are impossible to distinguish from traditional paintings. It is slow, labor-intensive process - approximately one month per artwork depending on the size. The result is worth every bit of effort.

Art potential of beach waste
Every piece of beach trash holds potential. I'm constantly exploring ways to transform whatever I find - from fishing ropes to plastic fragments - into artworks and decorative pieces, giving new life to materials that threaten our ocean. Art for environmental change at its best.
Natural watercolour art
I love watercolour art - perhaps because of my deep connection to the ocean and the way water moves and flows. One day, the beautiful colours of my local cliffs sparked an idea: to return to the very origins of paint. Colours are made from pigments, and the colour palette of our cliffs is truly fascinating. That's how I began making handmade watercolour paints from local cliff rocks. The process is complex, but the results are beyond expectations. See for yourself.
